: the number of times I have called and been on hold with mediacom in the last three days...and as of yet have not talked to an actual human being. ps. don't call my house-the phone doesn't work.

Which is why I dropped Mediacom and switched to Qwest....Mediacom does not know the definition of customer service.

mediacom just gave us our home phone back for $1 per month. shows you what they make on you $30 people!

well then, after spending 160 of my cellphone minutes on them, I'll call them back, disconnect and then reconnect. I asked them to credit us 2 weeks phone and 160 minutes cellphone and the "most she could do" was two days refund. total bunk, I'm sending them my sprint bill.

Qwest doesn't service the blackhole of mound....bummer.
